Ms. Carla is a Civil Peace Service (CPS) worker joined us as a trainer for mediation and offender assistance in the context of land conflicts in northern Uganda under the on-going AGIAMONDO cooperation (since 2016). With her wealth of experience in dspute resolution, mediation and legal aid services. She will be strengthening Advance Afrika in non-violent conflict management, especially in addressing land conflicts, in the reintegration of former prison inmates and the accompaniment and reconciliation of victims and offenders.
