Sheila Innocent is a professional Accountant with valuable financial management experience of at least Seven years at Finance/Administration Manager Level in both International and National NGOs; managing various donor-funded projects; USAID, Unicef, UNFPA, UN Women, UNDEF, European Union, Comic Relief, Democratic Governance Facility (DGF), AJWS, Foundation of Open Society Institute, Trocaire, Diakonia, FLOW, Action Aid (PFA)) amongst others. She has significant exposure of project accounting/ auditing/ various donor requirements and sub-grantee management. Sheila has been responsible for ensuring attainment of organisational objectives through enhancement of effective and efficient processes, human resources, financial systems and procedures; promotion of efficient and economical use of organisational resources. This includes extensive familiarity of financial management, budget processes/monitoring, financial reporting and analysis, accounts reconciliation, pay roll management, statutory regulations, accounting systems development, human resources management including liaising with personnel at various levels of organisations.
