The Working Together for Change – Strengthening CSO Engagement in The Justice Sector Through Baraza and Planning is a one-year action implemented by Advance Afrika in Amuru and Kitgum Districts with support from the Civil Society in Uganda Support Programme (CUSP) which is funded by the European Union and the German Government. The Project focuses on fostering linkages between government structures with the mandate to support reintegration processes; as well as strengthening them by bringing on board Civil Society actors with their different mandates. The project envisions societies characterized by positive relationships between victims, offenders and the communities supported by active community structures
