Charles is a graduate of business administration with a bias in Procurement and Supplies Chain Management from Mbarara University of Science and Technology; he served as a mobiliser for the association of former students from St Joseph’s Vocational School where he completed his O and A level. He has good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills that have enabled him relate with his team mates and quickly adapt to the new environment. Formerly worked as a research assistant with TNS Research Marketing Services, Ipsos Uganda Limited and as a Retail auditor with Research World International.
