Denis holds a Bachelor of Development Studies from Gulu University. He previously worked with Action Against Hunger-ACF USA as a Cash Transfer Project Team Leader in Lira & Otuke Districts where he took a lead role in selecting beneficiaries and linking farmer groups for other Business Development services. Due to his commitment and good work relationship, Denis was promoted to support Purchase for Progress Project-P4P, a World Food Programme funded Project and he was based in Gulu. For career development, Denis took several short courses such as Certificate in Strategic Procurement and Logistic Management from Makerere University (SPLM), Market Development Programing with Mercy corps Kitgum, TOT Mentorship Skills from ACF Regional Training Center Nairobi, among others. In the year 2016 Denis worked with Mercy corps in Kitgum as Financial Services & Business Enterprise Officer. He later joined Cyrus Global Consult (U) Limited as a Lead Consultant, a position he served in until he joined Advance Afrika. In this Position Denis developed several training Manuals for customized projects, conducted TOT Trainings, developed MIS database for monitoring Village Savings and Loan Association project activities. At Advance Afrika Denis is taking a key role in planning and implementing the 40 months ALENU project activities aimed at promoting market access to targeted farmer groups in Amuru & Pakwach Districts.
