She has significant exposure of project accounting/ auditing/ various donor requirements and sub-grantee management. Sheila has been responsible for ensuring attainment of organisational objectives through enhancement of effective and efficient processes, human resources, financial systems and procedures; promotion of efficient and economical use of organisational resources. This includes extensive familiarity of financial management, budget processes/monitoring, financial reporting and analysis, accounts reconciliation, pay roll management, statutory regulations, accounting systems development, human resources management including liaising with personnel at various levels of organisations. Sheila attained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University and ACCA Level III training ongoing.

For the past years, he has worked with several international project consortium’s (CARE, Red Cross, SOS Children’s Villages, etc.), and developed a learning video as a guide for experts on “How to execute Advocacy work for CSOs in East Africa”, Dr Mark was directly involved in mobilisation, sensitisation, and participation of target groups and monitoring activities in a USAID-funded project in Uganda on Advocacy in rural communities.

He has significant exposure in Project management, Monitoring & Evaluation; Learning & knowledge management; Strategic planning; Capacity building; Proposal development & writing; Documentation: report writing; preparing guidelines, frameworks, policies, action plans, studies, publications, etc; Workshop and event facilitation, presentation, moderation; Video production & recording; Creative thinking, analytical, solution-oriented, team player and professional

He has advised organisations in setting up communication strategies and supported management and staff in consolidating this policy in daily decisions. He facilitated training on collecting and writing best practices, success stories, and producing short videos for social media, newsletters, websites, or reports with the aim to enhance advertising, fundraising, and public awareness.

With a previous experience from Service Cops Uganda as a customer care representative, she is able to coordinate with her team towards delivery of timely information and provide feedback to management to improve service delivery.
