Ronald Rwankangi

Ronald Rwankangi is a management professional with over 10 years working experience in a number of countries, including East Timor, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, Thailand, Nepal, Indonesia, South Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Slovenia, Macedonia, Georgia and Serbia among others. Over the years, he has built expertise in leadership and management, strategy, programme development and implementation, entrepreneurship enhancement, human relations, monitoring, measurement and evaluations. Over the last seven years Ronald has worked and consulted with a number of organisations, including Open Society Foundations, the British Council in Uganda, the United Nations Associations, and Institut Titian Perdamaian (Peace Building Institute) in Indonesia. Ronald is a Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Advance Afrika, an organisation that is working with prison inmates in Uganda. Ronald holds a master’s degree in Leadership and Human Relations Studies from Makerere University, an Executive MBA from ESAMI Tanzania, a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and an Executive Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship from Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is a certified trainer in Appreciative Inquiry, Organisational Consciousness and Transformation leadership
